Our pieces are crafted on a skin-friendly brass or alloy base with premium plating. Material details are listed on every product page.
Will the jewellery tarnish?
With the right care it stays beautiful for a long time. Keep it away from water, perfume and sweat, and store it in the zelaira pouch after use.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–6 days and Express takes 1–3 days. Check your pincode on any product page for an estimate.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹5,000.
Do you offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and mobile number, or view it in My Orders if you have an account.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel from My Orders until your order is packed. Guests can contact us with their order number.
